If you choose to proceed with a website project, the agreed scope, deliverables, payment terms, timeline and handover details will be confirmed separately before work begins.
Any extra pages, features, integrations, content updates, revisions or technical work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
6. No guarantee of results
We build websites with clear copy, structure, trust signals, SEO foundations and enquiry flow. However, we cannot guarantee specific enquiries, sales, rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
Results can depend on your offer, market, pricing, traffic source, follow up process, reputation, competition, advertising budget and wider business activity.
7. SEO and AI search foundations
SEO ready and AI search ready means that basic structure, metadata, headings, page clarity and content organisation may be included where relevant. This does not mean ongoing SEO management, guaranteed rankings or guaranteed inclusion in search or AI answer tools.
